    The Life Solved Adult Group Program utilizes a blend of group coaching, training, and peer-based encouragement and accountability to develop the skills and habits needed to make sustainable changes in your life.

    Attend our weekly group to learn the skills for maintaining core routines and building habits that keep you grounded and on track to achieve your goals over the summer!

  • Summer Challenge

    Have you been meaning to start a project, build a new habit, or prioritize something for yourself—but haven’t followed through?

    Our 30-Day Summer Challenge gives you the structure, accountability, and support to finally make it happen. The summer challenge will help you make meaningful progress and feel more in control of your time!

Summer Adult Group Starts June 23rd, 2026.

Join our Summer Stability: Habits and Routines Group, designed to help you build sustainable systems that carry you into a smoother, more structured season ahead. Summer can be a chaotic time with travel, shifting schedules, and changing routines but we’re here to help you create structure in the midst of chaos!

Over this 5-week group, you’ll learn the skills for maintaining core routines and building habits that keep you grounded and on track. With expert guidance, practical tools, and built-in support from group members, you’ll feel organized, confident, and in control of your time.

Dates: June 23rd, 30th, July 7th, 14th, and 21st

This 5-week virtual program meets weekly on Tuesday evenings from 7:30-8:45 PM EST.

Summer Challenge:

Have you been meaning to tackle a home project, start a new hobby, prioritize self-care, or put a new system in place—but haven’t followed through? Sign up for our Summer Challenge to finally get it done with built-in accountability!

In this 30-day challenge, you’ll have consistent structure, accountability, and support as you make real progress on a project that matters to you - in a simple, low pressure way! It is an easy way to stay supported and make meaningful progress during the summer season.

Summer Challenge includes:

  • Goal Setting and Tracking Tools

  • Weekly Text/Email Accountability Check-Ins

  • Two 15-minute Progress Calls

  • Access to our Body Doubling service (available Monday-Friday, 4:00 - 5:00 PM)

We’ll help you stay on track and make the most of your summer!

Enrollment is open from June 15–August 3:

  • Each participant receives 30 days of support from their start date

  • All program support concludes on September 3, 2026
