We select guest mentors and presenters tailored to the unique needs and interests of each cohort. We personalize these presentations to ensure that participants receive the most relevant and individualized support, maximizing the value of the program for each participant.

Participants will get the chance to work individually or in teams on a Shark Tank-style project. Each participant will be paired up with an expert executive function coach to help mentor and guide them through the project throughout the program. The project is designed to help students practice executive function skills by breaking things down into manageable steps. At the end of the program graduation ceremony, participants will present their projects.

Our goal is for clients to attend the full 20-week program to receive the greatest benefit and consistency of support. However, we understand that circumstances can change (i.e. starting a new job or other new commitments) and if that happens, the plan can be adjusted and adapted to best support them in their new phase and schedule.
