Lauren Eckert, M.ED
Founder + ceo of Life Solved
With a career that began in the classroom, Owner Lauren Eckert founded Life Solved, formerly Lauren Eckert Coaching, in 2013. Lauren’s personal and professional experiences within schools, as both a teacher and school counselor, gave her unique insights into the academic, social, and emotional struggles that many students face. Her passion for helping others and desire to coach people to find a sense of balance in their life, drives the work she does to help clients set goals, develop a working organizational system, and remove obstacles from their path.
A Licensed School Counselor, Certified Life Coach, and Certified Health Coach, Lauren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Education. Working in educational settings, Lauren observed the need for home-based services for students with ADHD and other learning challenges to address executive function challenges that were impeding their ability to be successful within the classroom.
For the past decade, Lauren and her team of Life Solved coaches have delivered effective and transformative executive function and life coaching to thousands of students and adults in schools, homes, and workplaces across the country. We work hard to provide opportunities for access and equity as it results in stronger, more resilient, and engaged individuals and communities.
