Improve your Productivity by Working Alongside Others:

Life Solved offers virtual body doubling for college students, young adults, and adults to help them get their work done and avoid the distractions that occur when working alone.

These sessions are ideal for individuals who simply benefit from having someone else present while they work. Please note, a coach will be present during these sessions for accountability but the sessions do not include direct executive function coaching or guidance.

Participants can choose from a variety of flexible program options below. This way you can find the right fit for your goals and schedule.

Body Doubling Schedule:

  • Adults
    🕛 Monday–Friday | 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

  • College Students & Young Adults (18-26)
    🕐 Monday–Friday | 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Body Doubling Program options

  • Drop-In

    The Drop-In option lets you purchase access to a single body doubling session at a time, giving you the flexibility to choose the day that best fits your schedule with no further commitment required.

  • Monthly Subscription

    The Monthly Subscription provides daily access to virtual body doubling sessions, helping you build consistency and stay on track. Your subscription renews automatically each month and continues until you choose to cancel.

  • Fall 2025 Package

    The Fall Package provides daily access to virtual body doubling sessions from September through December 2025. This option is perfect for those facing a busy semester or season and helps you stay focused and on track.
