The Life Solved Launch Program
Is your child struggling with the transition to adulthood?
The Launch Program is a six-month intensive program for young adults who are deeply struggling to access motivation for short or long-term goals.
The program provides a high level of support to increase independence in academics and life skills, improve family dynamics, and help young adults ages 18-25 move toward an autonomous, confident life.
When your young adult child is in crisis and lacking a sense of direction, getting them the right support to move through it is critical.
You may feel helpless to support them and are worried their lack of goals and motivation will keep them from enjoying their life and functioning in society.

Skills covered include: Resilience, Self-Advocacy, Flexibility, Communication, Emotional Regulation, Time Management, Task Initiation, Planning + Organization, Self Regulation, Metacognition, Academic or Career Development Strategies

Life Solved partners with you and your young adult’s support team to create optimal conditions to clarify goals while providing expert, compassionate support to build the skills necessary to move forward.
Our Launch coaches are knowledgeable, compassionate, and effective expert Executive Function coaches who specialize in supporting 18-25 year-olds in the transition to adulthood.
Our signature coaching process has effectively served thousands of neurodivergent individuals by providing accessible + equitable services, including those with executive function deficits, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other mental health + learning challenges.
The Launch program is our most comprehensive offering and provides a high level of individualized and small-group support to participants.
